B(ar)FFs

A compendium of images of pairings (BFFs) either A) so cute you wanna B(ar)FF or B) so asinine you almost V(om)IT (that's meditating while B(ar)FFing) or C) so sparkly you nearly regurgitate (can't think of any wordplay here) or D) so British you really do p(UK)e...
Some may say that a true B(ar)FF would scratch her or his buddy’s back (or neck, or adorably large ears), but I would contend that sometimes the kindest, B(ar)FF-liest thing one can do when a friend has an itch is to look away and let her or him scratch away on her or his own, endlessly.   Of course, I might also add that sometimes—as when one has a severe sunburn as I currently do—the best thing a B(ar)FF can do is to slap one’s hand every time she or he (or, as in this case, I) start scratching, so as not to further irritate her or his (my) damaged skin.  Follow?
